Disapearing makup etc

i have downloaded thigs before with the Robot filemaid 3000 and it has always worked, but now when i have installed the game on my new comuptor and i use that program to upload the download files in my Download mapp i just see the furtniures and all stuff exept my makeup, clothes, jewlery, skintones and etc. .all downloads that should be on the sim dosent show!

What should i do!

I have tried to restart the program and clicked in "show own material " on and off, but nothing seems to work!
