Does anyone know where I can find STBL resources? (Which file/package to find them in). Your help is much appreciated.

There should be some in any CC package.

What about the ones from in-game?

They will be in various places, as each EP and patch had their own. Generally in Fullbuild0, Deltabuild0, and the equivalents from each EP, SP, or patch. The paths vary, obviously.
