How to make an age hack in SimPE

Hi all, I'm not really sure if this is in the right place but I didn't know where else to put it!!
I was wondering how to make use SimPE to make custom age lengths. for example instead of babies growing up in 3 days how would you make it to 12 days.
Sorry if thats not really clear, but I have been searching for ages and can't find anything!!

There was a social discussion about this not too long ago (Sims Lifestage Durations (http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=431121)).

In that thread, lauratje86 explained that she downloaded Age Group Tweaks from Simlogical (http://www.drealm.info/simlogical/sl/Sims2Pages/Sims2_Aging.htm) and then edited the values inside that package using SimPE.
