This is mostly a "has anyone else noticed this?" thread.

I've played around with two architect Sims now, and both of them have absolutely no difficulty whatsoever in making friends... after only having met the Sim once. Neither of them had any traits that would help with this, but it seems that whenever they get a new client, they'll introduce themselves, do the renovation, get a decent review and within two sim days they're bestest friends foreverest with their client.

Is this a bug or a feature? It's not exactly detrimental to gameplay, but I'm finding it incredibly odd.

For the brief time that I played as an Architect, I've realized that after you design someone's home, they become BFFs. Weirdos....

I don't know about architects, but something similar happens when you play tag with another Sim. After you stopped playing the friendship score will still increase until it's at 100 %. I discovered this when a childish YA fulfilled the wish to become best friends with a Sim it had played tag with hours afterwards. My Sim was actually asleep then.

This has been happening since the base game, it's most likely a bug, but it's also a very quick and dirty way to make friends with your siblings.
