For the original rules to the Awesimsauce Legacy Challenge, go HERE (http://community.livejournal.com/awesimsauce/793.html).

After falling in love with the Awesimsauce Challenge, I tried it... and found I couldn't do some of the things. They said "If you do not, simply skip the parts that do not apply to you", but one of the generations made it hard because I do not have Bon Voyage (yet) and I couldn't 'dig up stuff from the ground' to sell, so I decided to create an Awesimsauce Lite. I gave the challenge this name because when I tested it, I used the names of Pokemon and Ho-Oh is summoned via the "Rainbow Wing."

This is Awesimsauce without Free Time or Bon Voyage, so if you have those, go do the Awesimsauce Legacy. I also changed around the colors a bit to make it more interesting. It assumes you have Open For Business, Pets, Seasons, University, Nightlife and Apartment Life.

CORE RULES

* Standard legacy rules apply.
* Like the original legacy, no cheats are allowed (I did use cheats but I can't help but cheat, this was just a test run though)
* Limit of 2 children per generation (If you are doing a double legacy [two founders and two heirs], then you cannot have more than one child and that child is automatic heir)
* Heirs cannot go to college; spares must be shipped to college
* Your heir must have a wedding party
* Sim’s last name must be related to the rainbow in some way (in can be as random and obscure as you would like)
* Sim’s first name must be somehow related to the color assigned to that generation
* Each generation is based on a different color and that color must be present and obvious in some way (make-up, dress, hair color, house décor, etc.)
* Each generation has a specific challenge(s) based on the color of that generation. When playing that generation please make sure you meet all parts of the challenge (when possible)!
* You are free to move out each generation when they grow old and their kids are adults.

Generation Challenges

Generation 1 - BLACK: Starting Out
Pokemon Type - Dark

This is the beginning of the legacy, where one struggles to prosper with little money and being alone.

* You must do an eXtreme Start handicap (5x6 lot, you cannot move anyone in for the first week)

Generation 2 - RED: Passion and Sex
Pokemon Type - Fire

The children are sexually frustrated and need lots of WooHoo t make themselves happy, that or lots of romance.

* You can only choose Romance or Pleasure for the children of this generation (you must flip a coin to decide whether they are Romance[heads] or Pleasure[tails]) and you cannot change their aspiration by any means(Renuyu Orb is off limits)
* If the heir is Romance, he must have five Simulatneous Lovers and WooHoo five different Sims.
* If the heir is Pleasure, he must have ten first dates and each of his first dates MUST be Dream Dates.

Generation 3 - ORANGE: Creativity and Energy
Pokemon Type - Fighting

The children of this generation are filled with imagination and activity. They do not want to be romantically loose like their parents, they want to inspire others.

* Can only make money by paintings, novels, or craft benches.

The children of this generation are one with nature and want to harvest its fruits, both plant and animal. They also want to adopt a wild animal and breed it.

* Heir can only make money by selling produce or fish caught. Running a business which sells these is optional but profitable.
* Heir must raise 10 puppies or kittens from an adopted stray.

Generation 5 - YELLOW: Affairs of the Mind and the People
Pokemon Type - Electric

The children of this generation feel that nature is not enough, they want to do things which stimulate their mind and their social skills.

* Heir must master all his skills.
* Heir must met 10 people on the computer and become their friends. (Once you meet the people on the computer, you do not have to use the computer to keep talking to them, you can use the phone or invite them over normally.)

Pokemon Type - Grass

The children of this generation are greedy and want to suck all the money out of the people. They find that business does the job well!

Generation 7 - CYAN: Inspiration
Pokemon Type - Flying

Generation 8 - BLUE: Depression
Pokemon Type - Water

The children of this generation are depressed and never have a happy mood. They always are unlucky and suffer misery.

* Heir must suffer one fear a day.
* You cannot toddler train the children.
* Heir must run away from home(they must hate everyone in their family) and you are not allowed to call the police to pick them up - they must come back by themselves(one day from becoming an adult)
* Heir must suffer aspirational failure at least ONCE (ignore the -1 penalty for aspirational failure for this generation)
* Heir must grow up poorly at each stage of life
* Heir must become 'emo' and become a supernatural creature (except a witch/warlock, see below)
* If you are running a double legacy, the heirs must become enemies and always attack each other on sight
* You can never fulfill the heir's Lifetime Want.
* Heir cannot have a platinum grave - they must be taken away by Grim in the 'bad' way

Generation 9 - VIOLET: Magic
Pokemon Type: Psychic

Magic is wonderful to these children, they want to repair the damage their parents suffered.

* Heir must become a witch/warlock and must become either Infallibly Good or Atrociously Evil.

Generation 10 - WHITE: Purity
Pokemon Type - Normal

The final generation, they decide to return back to the simple rustic life that their ancestor founders did and give all their money to charity and adopt kids out of their kind hearts.

* Heir must move out of the house upon reaching adulthood and into a small house with only one bedroom(if a double legacy, the heirs must sleep together in a double-bed), one bathroom, and one kitchen.
* They can never marry and must die childless, but they must each adopt two kids - not babies or toddlers, but fully grown children - and raise them to adulthood.
* If you want to keep the house for posterity, then you must build a Servo to care for the house after the heirs die of old age.
* The heirs must die of old age and get platinum graves.

Tell me what you think. Go check out the Awesimsauce blog in the above link if you want to learn more or have BV and FT.
