Increasing muscle tone (not size) via gameplay?

Hey people. I'm wondering if there's a way to increase muscle tone by exercising etc? I don't mean strength/ cardio exercises giving you bigger muscles or making you lose weight; I meant the new muscle tone slider that came with LN. If this isn't possible, anyone know of a mod that will incorporate it? Thanks.

Twallan's Master Controller will do what you're asking. You have to enter in a number though. 1 is maximum, -1 is minimum, 0 is the middle. You can also use decimals for numbers in between.
