Sims 3 Generations Butler PLAGUE

Recently I started playing Generations EP. Now I hired a butler, as I started a fresh game. Now the problem began.

1. Butler didnt showed up.
2. Maid services, Newspaper services stopped showing.
3. As time passes no of NPCs increases drastically. Currently 473 NPCs. All of them are Butler

Mods I use:
1. NRaas Mastercontroller(default Setting)
2. NRaas Overwatch (default Setting)
3. NRaas Story Progression (default Setting)
4. NRaas Register Mod (default Setting)
5. Awesome Mod beta (Story Progression : OFF)
6. Desecrate's weapons mod

My game gets slower and slower. :help:
