I can't think of a favorite, but I REALLY REALLY HATE both The Dukes of Hazzard movies.

Best TV show to movie adaptation ever: Serenity, made from Firefly.
Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan and Star Trek: First Contact also get my geeky mentions on the "best" side.
On the other side of things, I can't think of a worst at the moment, mostly because I could never be bothered to drop $10 to see something like "Bewitched" or "Get Smart" or anything like that.

I've never seen Bewitched the movie either. I had no idea Get Smart was a show, but I liked the movie.

I know this isn't going to be popular but I enjoyed the Scooby Doo movie. It was really pretty funny and if you grew up on the cartoon the actors all did really good jobs with the characters. The cartoon itself was bad, it was not ever a good cartoon it was simply fun and had a great theme song. Why I feel I have to justify liking this movie I don't know.
Also favs: The first Addams Family movie and the first Brady Bunch movie.
My top number one is South Park longer and uncut. I nearly choked to death on a milkdud during the opening song I was laughing so hard.
Worst: The Simpsons Movie.
Starsky and Hutch
I never saw a bunch of the others I suspect as being awful.
Forgot to add The Avengers to the worst list. I was so disappointed in that movie and I love Ralph Fiennes and Uma Thurman still you can't guarantee on screen chemistry can you?

I loved the Scooby Doo movies. In So the Mystery Begins at the end they do the theme song, but it's live action.
I liked the Addams Family movies.
I've never like South Park.
