What Patch Am I Running.

hi, i don't know if i have posted this in the correct place but here goes...

ok so i have base game and all EP & SP's including Generations. i want to know what patch i am running so i can download the correct version of NRaas master controler thing, but i don't know where to find this out, i have looked all over forums and can't find any other post regarding this, now this can mean one of 2 things, either i am incredibly dumb and no one in the history of the sims 3 has ever had to ask or .. no one has posted this question cause they couldnt be bothered registering, i think its more that i am just thick haha. now in the launcher the little generations icon says Version 8.0.152.011001 now i think that could be about the version of the patch but all info on patches is like 1.22 or 2.4 not a billion numbers like my generations icon has, please please answer with as little riddicule as possible lol.

I am not sure how helpful I will be, but here it goes.

Version 1.22 is the version when you just installed Generations with no patch. This would be your game if you haven't installed the latest patch for Sims 3 and just installed Generations.

Version 2.4 is the version when you installed Generations with the latest patch. This would be your game if you have installed the latest patch for Sims 3 along with installing Generations.

If you hover over the base game icon, you'd see the version, btw...

The number you show is the correct Generations patch #, 8.0.1 or 8.0 or whatever. Which means that your Sims3 base game is the 1.22. So use the newest version of the MC mod and newest on all the other NRaas mods. Do download the Overwatch mod while you're there.

Easiest way to tell... open your launcher. Lower left hand side just above the EP/SP icons it says Game Version... should tell you which one you have.
