Will this 2 mods conflict with Awesome mode?

I want to install this 2 mods, but they change some game files, and I am not sure will the conflict with Awesome mode? Can anyone tell me?

I had both with Awesome and the first didn't work (needed to be updated at the time) and the second worked great.
Bear in mind, it is always best to contact the developer of a mod if it is compatible (e.g. Tremerion or Pescado). I have since switched to Twallan's MC and SP and they work great with those as well.

Also, if you have the latest patch you need to check all of your mods to make sure they are updated as well, otherwise your game could crash on start up or cause other issues.
