How do you add pictures to threads??

ok, I know this is super stupid xD but I reall have tried and have no clue, and I click the add image buttona nd this window pop up, and I'm not sure what to type, because I want to add pictures from my computer, like this is the destination : C:/Username/Pictures/Sims 2 Clothing and so the pictures come from there, how do i get them from there into a thread? i tried typing the name of the picture but it doesnt work, and I need two images for my WCIF thread, any help appreciated :)

You need to upload them somewhere to the internet. Try tinypic.com or modyourpanties.com and then you just put like... (img)http://whatever(/img) except use [] instead of ()
