Finally, I have a unicorn!!!!
All of that hunting and examining, and one showed up on my lot. I had just adopted a horse and as she showed up a unicorn wandered onto my lot and fell asleep there. Managed to befrend her and she never did leave.
She is a lazy thing but with her skill my sim managed to easily win an advanced race trophy with ony 3 point in riding!
