I've decided to to make a mod to hide some of the clothes that I dislike in my game by following this tutorial: http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=367162
I've extracted the files and was trying to open them to change the values to end in zero when I received the following error when trying to open the file I extracted.

I'm not entirely sure what's causing it or if there is something that I'm capable of fixing on my own. Any help?
