converting sims 2 to sims 3

i have read the tutorial on how to fix the arms and bones. but i want to know how to fix the

-Fix the neck
-Fix the calves
-Fix the hands
-Fix the uvmap

all help is greatly appreciated

Frankly, it's gonna be much easier to tweak an EA sims 3 mesh to match the shape of the TS2 mesh you're trying to emulate, than to try to use the TS2 mesh straight. As you've found, TS2 and TS3 bodymeshes are totally different in terms of shape, rigging, mapping, and morphs. And, well, frankly - that's a list of every property a mesh has.
