I just wanted to say this before i said it in a reason why i shouldn't have been banned(hypothetically):
There is a difference between a hacker and a cracker. A hacker is someone who is legally hired by a company to test their computer security system by attempting to break through it. A cracker is what most people think of as a hacker. They are the ones who spend their time illegally breaking into systems to steal information, and doing other things of that manner.
I myself am learning how to hack(not crack), seeing if i can make myself an honest living.
Just wanted to clarify this.

It ain't as clear-cut as you'd like to make it seem, and to 99% of people (including those in IT), "hacker" still means someone who tries to gain unauthorized access to computer systems. I think the term you're looking for is "Network security specialist" as putting "Hacker" on your resume will get you laughed out of any interviews you go to.

Exactly, but in most online communities that revolve around things of this sort, this is what they are referred to. I am trying to get a larger number of people to understand this. And i'm no idiot, so i get that putting hacker on you resume = you are never getting a legit job.
EDIT: i was never banned for hacking, i just was saying that i should point this out before I say that I'm a hacker and end up getting banned for it

Dude. De ja vu. I just watched a movie about a guy who was a legal "hacker", but instead he broke into houses, and became an actual thief, I was actually just in the living room while my roommate was watching it, so I'm kinda blurry on what happened...
I'm still confused though. You were banned? Say WHAAA?

Even if you are a ethical hacker, leave hacking to IT professionals. Well of course if it is hacking into your freind/relitives FB account then I just see amusement in the making right there.
Damn now I want crackers and all I have are Pretzels
