I would look this up on the game myself, but I haven't been able to access my game for months (getting a new computer later) and I can't find this information anywhere online.
So...
How many squares are there in each lot size in the sims 2? Like in a 3x4 lot: is it 30 squares by 40 squares? Or what?

I've never counted them myself, but that's what I've always assumed it to mean.

Yes, a 3x4 lot has 30x40 squares. Each neighborhood tile contains 10x10 lot-sized tiles.

I would be interested in the information as well. I'm without a working computer as well and have been trying to draw floor plans for apartments and such. What are all the possible lot sizes without mods to alter that?

I believe that the downloads filters have a full list. Any size marked with a * requires the LotAdjuster or a downloaded lot. All other lot sizes come with the game, although not all come with the base game.

@Mootilda
Thank you so much! It's been bugging the heck out of me!
@punkrockgoth1988
Oddly, that's the same reason I asked :P

@Mootilda: Ha, I should have thought of that. I blame my meds. Thanks, I will go take a look at the available lot sizes.
@ShadowRaidTech: I bet we're not the only ones resorting to drawing out floor plans in absence of ability to play the game. Such fun!
