Hi everyone, I come to you with a new (hopefully) improved skintone. It's only a face replacement but I think it makes some of the townies really attractive but the reason why I made the female blemish more messier is because realisticly, women 's faces tend to break out more due to many hormonal changes etc. That, and trying to hide a possible fail (to phail or not to phail, that is the question) lol I hope you like it and in the screenshots, the eyes that I used are from Flajko (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=417843) who is one of the best creators out there. Even his/her sims are among the best!
Caution! There are two different versions you can choose from for the female skintone aside from the regular "base" skintone. There is "makeup as blemish" and the regular "blemish". The makeup version is makeup I added myself since I don't have the last 2.0 patch, nor Pirates and Nobles, but I can assure you that the skintones will work just fine. This is so that when I scroll the "details" slider, it adds makeup instead of blemish so it's for those of you who don't have the 2.0 patch and so don't have the ingame makeup update, or who just like it. Every skintone has a lipstick and blush that best suits it. PLEASE USE ONLY 1 OF THE TWO BLEMISH SKINTONES, CHOOSE THE ONE YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE! Here are some pictures to compare...

You are free to recolor this into any fantasy tones, children version etc since I don't have the patience for that anymore, it's been a week that I'm working on this already and I can't stand to see photoshop again for a while. I am new to modding and I've never created anything but the lack of cc for TSM forced me to give it a go so if the likes of me can do it, so can you. Just encouraging you all not to give up on the modding capacities of this stubborn but fun game. Mind you, this is not completely my work, it is a sort of a blend from a recent Sims 3 skintone which is listed below under credits. I used this tutorial from tedw (http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=437930) (post #3) which might be of some use to some of you who might want to try this blending method. It's time consuming but I'm happy with the results, it's at least something different. For the experts among you, I hope you can bear with some of the mistakes ;) Oh and if skin doesnt appear on your active hero sim immediately, just take them to the wardrobe or CAS, change smth and then let it stick for a while, then you can change back whatever it is you changed. It does appear immediately on every other sim so no worries, it's just the active hero sim(s)
Otherwise enjoy and credit me if you recolor or use in your uploaded sims, and please do not redistribute, rather add a link to this post. I assume you all know how to set up your mods as mentioned here (http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=438344) because you just need to pop them in your mods, packages folder. Feel free to ask me any questions in english, french, or dutch (and german, a little). :jest:
