WCIF: Fence that resembles a wall

I'm currently building the lots in a new neighborhood I'm designing and I need the buildings to look seamless.

So, I'm looking for a fence or column that looks like a (full height) wall segment and is CASable.

Because, unlike actual walls both fences and columns can be placed on the tiles on the lot periphery.

I haven't been playing with much custom content, so I may have major search failure but if anyone has any ideas on where to find these items, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Not quite CC, but one of the pieces in the Store's Castle Exterior set could work. It is a column, full tile wide, full wall height, flat on the back side, and CASTable. The piece is called A Slab of Wall. :/
