So, are you having problems with a new body type (Fat/Normal [CAS]/Fit) you are adding to your game, or a new skintone?

If you are adding the bodybuilder meshes from Insiminator, the skins just keep the sims from suddenly losing a lot of weight when they take a shower. I always used the wilder fantasy skins by Enayla, so I had to get used to the shape-shifting. If you can live with a sim who constantly loses weight in the shower, you don't really need the skins. Or you can see if you can find skins somewhere else.

Usually this kind of skin is considered an "adult content" (becuse you only really need them with de-censoring mods and because there are pictures of sim-nudity in download descriptions.) So, you may need to register and agree you're over 18 to download them.

Now, as everyone else said, in The Sims 2 clothes basically replace part of a body they're worn on, so you can just download clothes. Be careful, most clothes for TS2 are not self-contained, they won't work without a "mesh" package. Creators usually mention if their clothes need a mesh and where you can get it in the description of the download.

Another side-effect is that your character would return to his default, scrawny self every time he goes to work b/c of uniforms.

That said, making and playing sims with custom bodies can be fun, limitations and wardrobe chaos they induce notwithstanding.

I'm 10th level of bodybuilding, and my fitness is max, but i look skinny, i don't know what exactly to download , what mod or somthing. I saw clothes for BodyBuilder, but i actually don't need clothes, all i want to do is to build some muscle.

There's no mod that I know of that will change a sims body shape. It's clothes - specifically meshes - that decide what a sims body looks like. It's why I'm not hugely fond of wasp-waist clothes or ones with enhanced boobs, because I'll have a sim go from regular body shape to super skinny with giant tits when they change clothes. So if you want a body builder sim, you'll need clothes on a body builder mesh for every single clothing category, plus a 'showerproof' one. At least.

What you see is pretty much what's supposed to happen in an unmodded TS2 game. There's a slight change in how sim's skin looks when he goes from "normal" to "fit", but it's not really huge, and it doesn't change his body shape (unlike getting fat.)

You can download some "muscular" clothing like this here: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=79771 and dress up your guy in them to get the look (links in this download all should contain meshes. )

You can't alter skintone 100% in-game and 100% automatically. YUou need modding tools for at least some parts of the process with all the methods I know. (or someone who did the modding part and posted a specialized "skin changer" for that specific skintone somewhere.)

But, again, skintone is only needed if you're not OK with your guy looking slim while showering.
