WCIF Urban/Industrial World?

As the title reads, of course. I've been looking for one but I can't find it. I want a whole, lower class and/or just very industrial world. Something that would match to, say, Cyclonesue's (http://www.thesimsresource.com/artists/Cyclonesue/) creations. Anyone knows of one? :(
