Okay............... So to make a long story short, I've had this game since I was 13. I'm 20 now, so you can do the math. I've been able to back up my game from my previous laptop of over four years ago.

Now I know I've done this wrong, because now I'm older and notice these things. I think I have made an improper/incomplete backup. I have a house in my house bin, with the family still in it. Now I know this causes a firey ball from space that'll corrupt my game. That's mistake one.

Here's the thing. I don't want it in my bin anymore. It's just sitting there. If I load up SimPE, I want to say that I don't think that they are in the sim files. I'm sure I haven't seem them there. I can't remember their names.

However, I have noticed, I do have one townie that remembers kissing one! :alarm: I can't recall which townie it is either, since it isn't one that I've moved in anywhere.

Would deleting this house cause a MAJOR problem? I don't want to be told to delete this 'hood and start over again, because I've had it for four years, and I've never really noticed any problem. I'm just trying to clean it up, and hope this doesn't break it.... :faceslap:

Delete the lot. It will not cause any problem at all.

Occupied lots which are in the Lot Bin are 100% completely safe to delete. They are separate from any neighborhood and will not cause any further damage unless they are added to a new neighborhood. Any damage to your old neighborhood has already been done and cannot be undone.
