Cannot stop special events zoom camera.

Here (http://wiki.answers.com/Q/In_the_sims_2_for_PC_how_do_you_turn_off_zoom_for_big_moments_first_kiss_engagment_birth) : "Go to Options in the neighborhood view, click on Camera Options, then click on Special Events camera. The option to disable the Special Events Camera will appear."

I tried the button 1st of course and then this cheat: "Bring up the cheat box (ctrl + shift + c ) in the neighborhood. Enter this code exactly: boolprop chooseCameraSpecialEventEnabled false."

I still get a zoom-in when a women is trimesters of pregnancy and birth. I do not want this zoom. :help:

I don't think you can stop the zoom, disabling the camera just stops the movie from playing.

What if cinema cam txt was removed and replaced with a copy of the livecam?

I'd guess the worst that could happen is the game crashes.

That'd be the worst that could happen as long as you'd backed up first, anyway.

I don't believe cinema cam is used for the zoom though.

There's a mod on this site that stops the zoom for pregnancy:

Also, the "special events camera" isn't the zoom it's the little cutscenes you get for certain things (birth, 1st woohoo between 2 sims for bed and HT, 1st kiss, engagement, etc.)
