How do i make my sims go back to work after they've married or had a baby?

Hi there!

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this is in any way possible.

what happened was i had my sim marry another sim but strangely it had added ten days "time off work to settle in". This unfortunetly get right in the way of my plans for my sim's work life.

Is there any way that i can somehow reduce the amount of days off work or get rid of them altogether preferably?

If you use Nrass MC, you can go to Intermediate-->Career-->Days Off and subtract they number of days you want to subtract.

Oh thank you so much! i have that mod already set up in my game, I cannot believe i didn't think of that. Sometimes I can be so ditzy!

I just usually have them quit their job and then re join it. That only works if you aren't far along in the career though.
