Most of my infant outfits has pacifiers (not the Tenshii blankets and the dresses, but most of the rest). If the're not showed on all the pictures, but there's usually a couple of selective meshes that includes them.

It's worth regerstering at Theraven's site, the baby items are to die for. :D The paci's come in two sizes as well.
