Hiding Fences When Walls Are Down?

So i'm trying to make a cornice fence that can be used in the interiors of rooms but is easier to place (through dragging it out like a fence rather than placing individual cornice objects repeatedly).
The problem is that I cannot make it hidden when the walls are down. Is there a way to do this? Any ideas about the directions I should pursue to find a way?

I've tried the TSR workshop options and the ones in SIMPE where one can simply check a box "hide when wall down" but it doesnt seem to apply here.

I've used Awesims cornice to decorate the walls of a house by using a fence with a frieze or a low floor. So I'm very curious as to what you wanna make here. I would suggest though to either post in feedback to get some feedback on your creation, or if you're just interested in technical side probably in meshing or modding.
