Odd Giant Graphical Errors - Video Card Problem Probably

I updated my video card to this:
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4500/5100 Series

The Games worked fine before, but then after that you can see in the attached images the giant issues.

I tried reinstalling, I tried to find any one with the same issue or how to fix it and I haven't been able to.
I'd be extremely grateful if any one could tell me what or why this is, and how to fix it.

Your conclusion was correct - that graphics card isn't up to playing TS3 at all, not even just the basegame with no patches. There is an issue with a recent ATI driver update which caused similar problems for some people, so you may find that rolling back the driver helps: but equally, it may well not help, since the problem could just as easily be the card itself. If it is the card at fault, then you would need to upgrade - I assume this is a laptop? If so, that makes things very difficult, since most laptops can't have their graphics upgraded.
