So my idea is to create an all-inclusive wellness center. This lots would have a salon/tattoo shop, swimming pool, gym, spa, and doctor available. I am wondering if anyone knows how to create a multi-zone lot. I can place a hospital and spa rabbit hole just fine, but the trouble I run into is have a lot zoned as both a salon and gym. I am trying to come up with a solution that ISN'T Just make smaller lots adjacent to each other (ie for uploading purposes). Can anyone help?

RH lots don't have anything available for zoning, other than "visitors allowed" or "no visitors allowed". I think the salon would work better as the zoning, but you wouldn't be able to use both salon and gym. They would have to be separate.

The only multizone lot is a base camp, and EA doesn't let us use those, not do they work outside of vacation words (You can't stay there forever).

The only benefit to having the gym lot type is the fitness buff, and for that to actually work you need Nonamena's mod, other wise the lot type has a negative affect on your sims building their athletic skill. I'm am currently working on my own community lot with the same basic concept as yours, except I will be using the Visitors Allowed lot type. Any community lot your sim visits will automagically cause other sims to visit, except for LN hot spots which repel all other sims.

There certainly isn't a solution out of the box. If you're interested in attempting to manipulate the game code to support the effect, you could try the Create menu forums... either Modding Discussion or Create A World.

You can tune lot types... they have associated XML, so if you know precisely what you are trying to achieve with your combined lot you might be able to get what you want by selecting a type and tuning it. Of course, the player would need your XML mod with the lot, and it would affect all lots of the same type.

It might be possible to add a new lot type to the game... I don't know enough to say that it ISN'T possible, but it might involve a core mod and would certainly involve scripting.

It must be super easy to add a new lot type to the game. EA does it all the time.

It's always easy when you own the source code.

You must be very short, because my point flew way over your head.
