I've been using s3pe to combine several packages into one (http://club-crimsyn.dreamwidth.org/28336.html#cutid1) in order to improve performance. Now I'm wondering if the reverse is also possible: is it possible to extract a single object package from a combined package? I know I can extract part of the package using Resource > Export > To package..., but how do I know which files belong to the object I want to extract?

I've tried Googling the issue but didn't find anything. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think there's any good way to do this - you could go back to find where you got the object originally, download it, look in the package, and make note of the Type, Group, and Integrity numbers for each and every resource, then go to your combined package and remove them, but that's the only way I can think of that would work; once they're combined, uncombining really doesn't have any way to happen besides manually.
