How do I download stuff from mod the sims?

I was trying to download a item from Mod the Sims and I can figure out how to do it I read the instructions and it was just really confusing. I hope this is in the right place too. So yeah any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED! :) thanks

Have you read this (http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:TS3_CC_Basics)? It will give you all the information you need on downloading and installing CC for TS3. As per your other thread, on each upload on this site there is a tab which says 'download' where you find the link to download the necessary files.
