These townie mods

I've been looking all over and can't find these two mods that everyone talks about

1. Notownieregen- the one that stops townies from regenerating when you take them out of the townie pool.
2. The other one I don't know what it's called but it makes townies age if they happen to be on your lot at 6 PM.

Does anyone know where these are?

I looked and you have Mansion and Garden, so AL is the correct version. If you download the wrong version, you're going to have problems with your game.

You can make them selectable (with the inSimenator and, if I am right, with the SimBlender) before 6 PM and unselectable after 6 PM, so they will age like your own Sims.

Yes, but I've heard of a mod so you don't have to go to the trouble.

NPC aging is made by ancienthighway and you can find it here (http://www.simbology.com/smf/index.php?topic=8058.0). It works with all EP/SP up to AL/M&G but I'm not sure if it's downwards compatible. With M&G you should be safe though.
