cant play the game

heeeelp, why my sims cant play?? it's just stuck on the loading family..all the time =( but, i still can make a family..should i uninstall it then i install again the EP ??? :confused:

Lord.. I have the same problem too. I just can't get into the family.

I've tried to move my downloads to another location. But it still just stuck in there.
