Really dumb question about downloading floors and walls and such

Hello everyone, I'm new here :) anywho, I had a question about downloading floors and walls, I couldn't really find an answer (probably because it's really obvious). If I download a floor/wall/object here, and uploaded it to thesims2.com, is that like ... allowed? Or would it be considered stealing or something?

I suggest you speak to the creator about taking their creations and uploading them elsewhere. It's always wise to ask permission... and give credit where credit is due.
