View Full Version : Importing Sims created with Uni Ep

Hi,

I have been sent a Sim which was created using Sims2 with the Uni EP installed. I don't have Uni myself and the Sims2pack file will not install - it says the contents require data from the EP.

I have discussed this with the creator of the Sim and she is confident that no Uni specific items such as clothing or hair are used on the Sim. The sim is and Adult, not a YA so this isn't the problem.

Has anyone else struck this problem? Is there a solution or are Uni Sims not compatible with non-Uni Sims2??

Edit: Forgot to say that I have examined the pack file with the clean installer and cannot see any custom content that should be causing trouble.

You should have added that my stupid slow PC doesn't want to let several things like RGs kitchen - recolours, other recolors or some houses show up in my game and even Uni cheats don't work for me... maybe this PC causes all the troubles? :banghead:

:lol: There is a limit to what can be solved by people at MTS2! Let's just fix one problem at a time, ne! If we can get your Sim to work on MY PC it will be a good start. :clap:

You are causing ARGH-attacks to me today :D ... I mean maybe my PC is the fault so I added the other problems I have with my game because this Sim - sharing problem might belong to the others... :confused:

(And thanks for the hint, never thought of that :D )
