Well try to make it look like a real office building complete with a receptionist, waiting room, divider and three or four rooms for patiets. Also, try to include two restrooms and an office for the doctor and/or doctors. I would say if you want to really make it fun, make it into a community lot but residential is cool. Tell me what you do and all that. Shoot I would be the first to test it

Well, i made the reception and i made a coffee room. Also it's a community lot already lol. I made the bathrooms and stuff and i'm going to think about the 3 rooms. I might make it 2 floors. What do you think?

i think the poly count is supposed to be something that is really high though, I wouldn't do it for something you are uploading because it could cause problems for some people

Well everyone i uploaded the Center. Wait till you see it. I think everybody will be happy witht he result. I made it half Doctor's Office/ Plastic Surgury Clinic. Ty for your support

You can get some really good office clutter for desks and hospital drips on here. Just search hospital clutter or things in the search bit at the top of the page and you'll find loads of stuff. I think you should have some kind of consultant room where your sims talk to the doctor about what they want changing. Also there is a table with blood on it that might be good for the theatre.
