How do I view custom content so I know what I'm deleting

I've downloaded alot of custom content that I don't want anymore. Is there any way that I can open a file from 'DOWNLOADS' to see what it is so I know what to delete?

For now, there is no tool to simply show you what you have. Clean Installer can show you hacks and duplicates. However, DatGen is working on a Download Maid (DL Maid) that will show you objects and textures. This is what I'm waiting for, too, since I have over 6 GB of downloads.

At the moment, the only way to view and delete downloads is from inside the game. This is time consuming, but works for most.
