Help: Game crashes every time I access bushes area!!

Ever since I installed Uni, every time I try to access the bushes selection in my game it immediately crashes. I reloaded uni and tried it again before I re-downloaded anything, but the game still crashed! It doesn't happen when I go to the trees or flower selection. Just the bushes, which makes me seriously wonder what is wrong with it. So I was wondering if someone could give me an idea on how to fix the problem so i might be able to at long last play my games without restrictions. So in other words if someone could help I would be must grateful :)!

Why is it particular the bushes? Have you downloaded any hacks that are like objects but with multi-menus.
I have had the simlogical teleporter plant crash on me a couple of times.

I don't know. I haven't downloaded any hacks or have I had any other problems with my game. I even totally reinstalled my sims and then Uni. I tried it before i downloaded anything but even then it didn't work.
