Hello this is my first upload, it is a simple starter around 14k.
Quote:
Sorry it is actually about 23k my mistake sorry again
It is unfurnished, and on a small lot (2x3).

The TEST is simply that due to my computers patheticness in general, my lots show up in my game as a black roof... my objects package isnt corup or anything, i think it is my graphics card. I simply want to know whether it stays like that when other people with better computers use it.

Now onto the actual lots details...
This Pretty lot houses two double bedrooms, both benefitting from individual bathrooms. The main part of the house consists of a spacious kitchen diner with light decor, so that sims can enjoy creating and eating food whilst bathing in golden rays entering though the large equator facing windows. As well at this the house boasts an equally sized livingroom with a large centerised firplace to sit around on winter nights. Depending on the sim who furnishes the house, the living room can also hold a dining room table. Sims will just fall in love with this house and its interior design, however this cottage also profits from its setting of simplistic yet beautiful grounds, as it is graced by a few trees for children to play around whilst parents can simply enjoy being present in the enviroment.

Thanks for reading, and if you like it dont forget to rate + thank
otherwise all crticism is embraced well, as long as it is constructive.
