Second Chances - 3BR 2.5BA, Fully Furnished (No CC)
 

Do you like large families but hate houses that have so much space you don't know what to do? This is a house I created that's a reasonable size for four sims.

You probably think there's some mysterious meaning behind the name, "Second Chances", but really, there isn't. I actually created a home like this before with an identical exterior, but forgot about it and deleted the neighborhood I built it in. So, I built it a second time (with a much nicer interior if I do say so).

This house is fully furnished, and comes equipped with burglar alarms and smoke detectors.





Outside is a firepit for marshmallow roasting and a small pond.

Nice looking house but I can't open the file to download (have tried several times now). The error message says 'it does not appear to be a valid archive'.
I have downloaded quite a number of other homes and items so I know how to do it, but this file keeps coming up empty.
I am playing HEL ver 3.2.8.005001 on a Windows 64 bit system.

UPDATE: I shut down my computer and restarted it. The file opened up and the home is now in my neighborhood. Strange - I downloaded two other homes after yours wouldn't opened. Anyway it is fixed now. Thanks
