I didn't really intend to upload it, but I got some nice comments for it so thought I might give it a try. It's fully furnished and decorated, except that the Decrachill Displays on the second floor are empty. One or two glace au fours in the middle one adds some nice light, but buyable cakes might be easier to use, since there is no place for baking on the lot.

I changed the lot zoning from residential to community. The phone booth is behind the fence. I have test played the lot for a few Sim hours as a lot to visit and for a few Sim hours as a business to run, (they ranked up to level one).

I haven't installed M&G yet, so that one is not required, but I have everything else. I'm sorry about that.

Epic lot! I would download it, but I don't have Uni, FFS, or Glamour Life yet.... *sadness* I might just go out and buy the packs I don't have just to download this!

This is beautiful but I do have one question... where do those flowers in a cup come from?

What an elegant little shopping center! If I only had the expansion packs, I would download in a heartbeat.

did you use any holiday stuff or glamour life stuff?

Yes, at least one floor from Glamour stuff and maybe something else, and one or two candles from the Holiday pack.

If you mean the tulips, they're from IKEA.
