I have uninstalled and reinstalled my games and the mod still doesn't work for me

don't use this if you have ambitions it causes ghosts to never appear on ghost hunting.

Thanks. Somewhere in the forums it said no mosaic for HELS removes window fires, hose spray (both for firefighter), and ghost effects (ghostbuster). I was wondering why my firefighter sim was on the job, and nothing was coming out of his hose and nothing to put out in the windows. Thanks again.

No, that's the point of the update: to remove the mosaic without affecting all that other stuff.

Thanks for the Ambitions update, Rothchild. Tested it and it works fine.

In order to remove the blur I have to edit the effects file, so the file needs to be re-edited for any EP/SP that adds new effects.

If I have HELS and WA but not Ambitions yet should I use the WA or Ambitions if my game is fully patched up to that point?

This mod for ambitions doesn't work correctly. I'm a firefighter and it doesn't complete any of the tasks when you have it installed. I removed it and now my firefighter works correctly. So i know it's this new updated one.

Hi there Rothchild, thanks for the new updated mod, much appreciated. I see you talk about the new route for cc in ambitions using the My Documents folder. I cannot seem to find any information on this and was wondering whether you would mind sharing how to install cc for Ambitions the new way. Thanks

I just made a firefighter, gained job performance by learning handiness, did maintenance on the firetruck/alarm, and put out a small house fire. Everything worked fine. Are you sure you downloaded NoMosaicAMB and not NoMosaicWA? Are you sure you deleted any old NoMosaic mods?

It was mentioned in the 1.12/2.7/3.3 Patch Notes. You simply make a new folder called Mods in "C:\Users\username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3" (exact location will vary) and create a Resource.cfg to put in the new Mods folder. I don't use much in the way of mods or CC, so I just stick them in the Mods folder with Resource.cfg. Here's a Resource.cfg which will allow you to use subfolders up to 5 levels deep;

I'm positive I downloaded the right one. I have a new computer so i had installed all my sims 3 games and then found the nomosaic for ambitions. i had no custom content or mods installed. this was first one i did and my firefighter job wouldn't work correctly. i just deal with the blur for now so i can at least play my game with working animations.

Ive been looking for this I used the old one with no problems except a weird bug that wouldn't let me see spirits. I know it was the old one becuase I removed every single thing but it, and still had it, then removed the old school plain no mosaic and bam could be a successful ghost buster.

Weird thing is I never had a problem with my antique one till this expansion, either way thanks for this new version, seeing the ugly mosaics bothered the crap out of me since I haven't seen them since the game was new.
