This is one seriously fabulous creation. I suspect inteen is going to see a lot less use now that you've given us an alternative method of YA pregnancies. Hat off to you, congratulations on a truly great creation! And kudos on managing to make the upload text structured and easy to read despite the massive amount of information.

Will the YA Alien pregnancy conflict with BO's alien experiments? Other than that, THANK YOU! Love this!

Oh, good to know! I was worried it might be confusing. Thank you.

Yes, it will conflict. As far as I can tell (looking at his mod right now), the mod allows to touch young adults on condition that player has InTeen installed. I can easily remove that condition and forward the file to you personally. I hope BO wouldn't mind as long as I'm not posting it publicly.

Sorry, I was just wondering. If I was playing with just a male sim, and he tries for a baby with someone who lives in the dorm (but still an NPC), will the child be born even though it's not controllable??

A mother must be a playable, not an NPC or townie, otherwise there's no trying for a baby with her.

I haven't been this excited about a mod since maybesomethingdunno’s Surf’s Up mod. A few years back I experimented with YA marriage and pregnancy in one of my neighborhoods; Of course I had to employ various methods as I don’t use Inteen. The students had to live in private housing because dorms operate differently. It appears (if I understand correctly), these mods support dorms as well a private housing? What about Greek Houses?

I’ve been playing my neighborhood for 3 years and these mods would enhance my game play options. So I chose the following: 6 day aging, YA Uni School Bus, YA move out college, YA pregnancy-any playable all for AL. I play with a very heavily modded game (over 1000) so it goes without saying that I rely on the HDCU. I was totally shocked that there was only one conflict reported – and the source was even more surprising. The conflict reported was with your Uni-SchoolBus mod and Pescado’s private school bill Fix.

Not sure when I’ll have a situation where these mods will come into play; although I think I may have the perfect couple to try this out with. I’m going to add them to my game and see how they get along in my downloads folder and see how or if it affects the private school billing in an adverse way.

Thank you for your kind words, guys, and for your questions -- based on them I add known conflicts and clarifications to main post.

I tested different situations and made sure you should have no problems playing in dorms, private or greek houses. Giving multiple births, moving in and out with kids, splitting family between houses and dorms, moving back home as a drop-out, claiming dorm rooms by kids and then moving out -- no problems. Of course, if you notice something odd, let me know.
Worth noting about dorms, as soon as your sim's baby is born, because it counts as member of playable household, a random dormie will free a room making place for new playable sim, even though babies don't need rooms and can't claim doors.

I suspect, the one that loads last will overrule the other, so one of them won't work. But it shouldn't be too hard to merge them together in one file. I can do that, if you find they really don't work as separate mods.

Seems like a great mod. Can't wait to try it out. This is something I've wanted for a while but I didn't want the full package of InTeen.
Also, an idea for a use for the adoption: Say a child gets taken from a family by the social worker unjustly and you want them back. The family can't adopt them back, but the child's older sibling/aunt/uncle at Uni could! Then you could fix relationships, memories, etc. yourself.

Hi there, I'm wondering if it's safe to use your 'YA-pregnancy-anyplayable-AL' with pescado's 'wfsanity' since they conflict according to the HDCU? Could I just load yours after his or would that be a very bad thing?

I'm really looking forward to having visiting playables get pregnant! Thanks!

@deerparker, you can have both mods.
The conflict is about wants. Both mods have a file that determines if and when sims may roll a want to have a child. Whichever mod loads last gets to make final decision, so to speak. If you want young adults to be able to roll want to have a baby, make my mod load last.

Hi. What exactly the conflict between YA-pregnancy and S2LTeenFemalePregnancyEnabler? Is it that can resolve by swapping out the load order or does the entire mod break? I can live with SimBlender the teen pregnancy if it come to that.

I would also be interested in the modified version of BO's Alien Experiments, if thats not much too problem.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, @ihatemandatoryregister
Both mods have "Pregnancy - Can We Get Pregnant?" procedure and it's pretty important -- it decides whether two sims can try for baby. So if my mod loads last, it'll overwrite all changes made by S2LTeenFemalePregnancyEnabler, one of them being inclusion of teens. It may or may not work out ok for that mod -- I don't know. (Not that I don't want to help, it's just it's probably a complicated mod, and I won't be able to predict all the consequences unless I test it, and I'm not even interested in teen pregnancy.)

Sent you PM with a link to "BO - Alien-Experiments-GLOBAL-edit-for-YA.package".
