This works fine still in my game after the November patch. Which surprises me simply for the quantity of mods that particular patch broke!

Looks like they may have tweaked this in the base game, because I just got the option recently for some YAs in a romance.

Updated this mod to be compatible with the November 13th patch.

Although I did see comments that people had the Kiss Neck option for Adults, I tested without my updated version and didn't have the option. Therefore, it is still needed.

Any issues, please let me know!
