14 June 2017 Update : BugFix: after some pondering I've decided to fix what I think was a bug
in the play on sand interaction (the official one, used even w/o the mod): a Sim could be user
directed to play on a sandcastle currently "used" by another Sim only to get routing failure.

DISCALIMER
This mod will only work if you believe in the power of friendship.
Uhm, my bad, I got this confused with My Little Pony.

Mod Info
Developed and tested on game version 1.67.

Mod Description

- New Terrain Interaction: Play on Puddle (was previously in Child2Toddler2Baby)
This is its right place. Download the updated version (19th April 2017 or a later version) of that mod or you'll have a double.

- Replaced PlayOnSand (Terrain.PlayOnSand and PlayOnSandJig.PlayOnSand) with a version that allows
toddlers too to play on terrain and sandbox.

- New Terrain Interaction: EatSnow (Seasons Required).

- New Objects Interaction: Dance (works on Stereo, BandInstrument, KaraokeMachine and JukeBox)

- New scripted object: a box of crayons. If in a toddler inventory, can be used to scribble on walls.

Tweaking
Each interaction can be disabled from the CONFIGURATION xml. Some of the features
are more or less tunable.

Compatibility

Final Note
The file is so big because there are a lot of textures. The number of animations doesn't help either.

I love seeing that the modding community is in no way dead for sims 3 and that many are bringing back even ideas from teh sims 4 to the sims 3. Thank you so much for an awesome mod!

Or work off the Nraas mod and allow community daycares with smarter sims. Thanks

I kept saying one of these I was going to make a tutorial on how to set up an active daycare in town with Nraas. Since having this mod, my town's daycare is even more adorable.

Sims don't use the street art tag bag autonomously, do they? (I'm not sure if those kind of things
can be made autonomous... well, probably yes).

If you mean they they don't autonomously scribble on an already placed frame then that's not cool.

If you mean that they autonomously try to scribble on a wall only to get a notification - you don't have
crayons - then that's a bug that I've already fixed but I've not not yet uploaded the updated version.
But you most certainly didn't mean this last one.

I retuned this mod a bit and my tots in my 100 bc autonomously scribble on the wall. Yes, a frame will pop up and I find myself having to place a frame on the wall often cause a tot is always wanting to draw on the wall lol These are kinda bad tho hahaha!

Thanks for these. I always did find it sad how toddlers could splash in puddles in Sims 2, but not in this game.

Great job on this! Toddlers really aren't able to do enough in TS3. I in particular love the drawing on the wall interaction. I know I did that as a toddler! lol

That would be awesome and SO helpful! Please do that, If and when you can.

I've been contemplating getting the Nraas mod for an active daycare but I don't exactly know what to expect from it or how it'll work. A tutorial would be deeply appreciated!

Hi Dear! I have just found out that your toddler dance has made my other sims unable to ask to dance together when they are out on the town I tried to fiddle with it in S3PE but i don't understand what to change so i backed out Better safe than sorry. Could you see what to do as i can not use your wonderful mod, if i want the dates to be a bit more fun than dancing alone while the other sim (who im not controlling) is dancing with someone else.

The ask to dance seams to work if you are not dancing already, and if you're not in a dance club? Weird ! Will check some more and report back

Edit: (facepalm) im so sorry, it must have been another mod that was the culprit? Now all is working as it should ,
and i'll have the holliday to ponder what mod was the culprit ? Well i'll go quitly and hide my head in shame for even dare to question your genious :D
Merry Christmas, Happy Yuletime & big grateful hug !

I never got to finish the box of crayons, only the one lonely crayon accesory. I see if I can find some time on Thursday or Friday to finish it.
