Latest offering is a pretty neat house! I LOVE the staircase, took me ages to get it right but it looks wicked in the game!
Lots of split level work in this one but looks pretty damn good, if I do say so myself!

House is unfurnished, but furnished for the screenshots.

Rooms - livingroom, large hallways, diningroom, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with ensuites. Lots of "spare" space for other items - downstairs is all pretty much open plan. (see screenshots)

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
