ryanatthebass asked (nicely) for a simple and plain terrain. Simpathy is flat, it has lots of roads and a small clumpage of trees to give it that *edgy* feel

Read the included read-me file for installation instructions. All my terrains include the required png's so the terrain type shows up in your catalog etc.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) or Stuffit (Mac) to extract the .package file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).

3. Place in SC4Terrains Folder: Cut and paste the .sc4 and .png file(s) into your SC4Terrains folder:

• Windows XP: Documents and Settings\(Current User Account)\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\SC4Terrains\
  
• Windows Vista: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\SC4Terrains\
