REQUIRES - UNI - NL - AND OFB(and I have got FFS installed, I don't know if it is required, I didn't use objects from it...)

Well, I built this house at my grandmothers house when I was bored, that was some time last year (or the year before). I only discovered it because I was cleaning out my lots and houses bin because I download too much (don't we all?). This is the first house I have actually built that I actually like.

1 piece of custom content needed (see edit below). Cleaned with Clean Pack Installer.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
