Information (Click for more details):
New Mesh
This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.
This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
This is a featured upload! It showcases the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
I can't believe there wasn't a mesh shaped anything like this - I looked all over, I had other people look for me, NOTHING! So... I made it myself! Enjoy... "Gaius" based on the delightfully mad Dr. Gaius Baltar, from the fantastic new Battlestar Galactica series (Gaius himself coming soon, tee hee). All mesh parts and mapping from scratch except the scalp, and all textures 100% handpainted from scratch as well. I am INSANE.
Click the linked pic below for a bigger view. ![]() It is available for adult and elder ONLY: due to the way the original recolour file I had to use is set up (with only the right number of layers for adult/elder) I was not able to do it for any more without a LOT of headaches. Please don't request it for other ages. I can't stand adding layers. Elders will have the same hair colour as adults. All of the included colours except white (black, dark brown, light brown, blonde, platinum blonde, and red) are in the genetic hair bins like Maxis hairs, and have the correct eyebrow colours; white shows up under custom and has blonde brows by default. The poly count is pretty darn low: 1012 polygons, 718 vertices. I don't think there are any problems with it from my testing... it clips a little bit into the back of the neck if the sim's got their head tilted up very far, or into big collars, but it's not really noticeable. Please don't comment if you're just going to request something: I don't take requests unless otherwise noted. Model Credits: (if anyone cares) Skintone: Louis/SimCribbling Eyes: Mine (unreleased) Brows: Mine (unreleased) Model: Mine (Corvus - isn't he beautiful?) Thanks to:
HystericalParoxysm's Terms of Use (Final): Violate under penalty of genital shrinkage, eyeball burstage, and a load of nasty artistic karma... and probably death, too. All other rights reserved, all wrongs avenged.
![]() I spend my own time unpaid to make interesting, useful stuff for you to enjoy, and I share my work free to you because I love creating, and I love (most of) this community.
