Here is the elegant "Peony Plantation" house with long white columns, in a pale buttercup yellow siding; this house sits in the side of a hilltop providing shade and refuge from the steamy southern sun. The main features of this southern restoration plantation are the wide, open floor plan, and loft-like charm. The only content included is Maxis-Made which cuts the time spent downloading for hours on end by 98%. So go ahead take a look at the featured photos and decide if your southern belle-reborn Sim wants to live in this beautiful home...
Here's the open-ended Great Room featuring a lush fireplace that your Sims will love lounging in front of. ![]() A tidy kitchen and study to your left. ![]() To the right of the living room is a very spacious white & blue accented bathroom of which your sims are likely to enjoy, ![]() To the right of the front entryway is a corner Lounge Area where your sims will spend hours playing Chess or Painting. ![]() Up the stairs to the right and let respectively, are the His and Hers individual Bedrooms. ![]() And a closer look: ![]() ![]() I hope you've enjoyed the tour and are set on purchasing this house for your sims. Please enjoy, Amber 19 people have said thanks to amberandcarlos33 for this download. For more information about this creator and their policies or details, click here. Screenshots
