Price $28,606.00 4x4 lot - Not furnished This is my version of the ancient traditional Japanese house. There are 2 bedrooms with one bath and a common room. It also has a pool in the back with room to build a tea house in the back yard. Japanese houses were built on posts to blend into the land and to allow water to flow underneath during the rainy seasons. This house follows that tradition and the open wrap-around porch that overlooks a pond in the front of the house. In the night a sim could relax on the porch to view the stars or just listen to the night sounds of the pond. This house was saved with the "open for Business" ep before my "family fun" ep installation. So, the Family Fun ep is not required. contains Maxis object ShiShi's Frou Frou Fu Lion Added Nightlife version by request. This lot was saved on 10/29/05. I installed "open for business" on 3/11/06. I searched my saved lots and found this on a cd. It is exactly the same lot pictured here. Maxis object Alienware®'s "Everything but the Saucer" 142 people have said thanks to SnowHawke9 for this download. For more information about this creator and their policies or details, click here.
