Aurora Road is the second in my Maxis items only series.

Built on a 3x2 lot to maximize gameplay for those with less than robust computers, Aurora Road features a ground floor nursery, study, 4 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, a balcony overlooking the dining area, and a beautiful side courtyard. The style is contemporary with a nod towards IKEA. The asking price is right around $175k

Landscaping is all accessible to the gardener, but it often will take him until 3 pm to finish it all, but finish he will. An unfinished basement is perfect for those career rewards as your family succeeds.

No custom content. No family. No hacks. Cleaned with Clean Installer prior to packaging. Requires Uni, NL, OFB. No stuff packs.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) or Stuffit (Mac) to extract the .sims2pack file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
